PAYMENT

There are no negotiations on booking prices; all payments are final and non-refundable. All bookings (excluding bridal) must be secured with a 30% deposit and full payment must be made 72 hours before your appointment.

TRAVEL

Please note that travel is not included in the prices and is calculated based on the postcode of where you wish to have the service. Areas within Greater London are charged from £10 up to £40. Outside Greater London travel expenses may vary depending on hotels, high speed train services/petrol, Taxis and extra travel time spent. For international bookings, please email directly for T&C's and a quote.

CANCELLATIONS

If you should cancel the booking after securing the appointment with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. However if available, you may reschedule any booking to a date within 30 days of the original booking. If you have paid in full, your payment less of deposit is refundable only if cancelled 3 months before your event. If you have paid in full and your rescheduled date falls outside of the 28 day window, an additional fee may be chargeable.

late fees/no shows

Please be on time to your appointment to ensure efficiency. If you are more than 30 minutes late with no prior notice, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be required to cover the full balance of your booking.

BRIDAL

Prices remain the same with or without a trial session. The maximum duration for a bridal booking is 7.5 hours including time spent on the initial makeup application. For Bridal parties of 4+ members requesting glam, a second Makeup Artist will be required.

COVID-19

I have a duty of care to ensure all clients are safe when providing any service. Please wash your hands upon arrival. If you are suffering from the following please do not book an appointment: cold/flu, cold sores, conjunctivitis, fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, diarrhoea and vomiting. If you do arrive to your appointment with any of the above, you will be turned away.
